Interlocal Agreement (ILA) City of SeaTac and Port of Seattle September, 4 1997

Notes:

This is often referred to as the ‘first’ ILA between the City of SeaTac and the Port. There was actually a previous ILA from 1992. This version provided a $10M Community Fund, another $10M for landscaping around the airport, and provided for a $1 parking tax. In return, the City of SeaTac agreed not to oppose the Third Runway and provided assistance in permitting and construction.

The original Interlocal Agreement (ILA) between the Port of Seattle and the City of SeaTac.
