HB 1109 (2019) is an omnibus spending bill wherein Budget Provisos are grouped together. Sections 129, 221, 1011 and 1502 (UW DEOHS) are concerned with airport issues, including studies with the Commerce Dept. on community impacts of Sea-Tac Airport and health studies done by the UW DEOHS.
