Port Package Problem?

Fill out the Form. Help us get your sound insulation system fixed

A “Port Package” is the common term for the sound insulation systems the Port of Seattle began providing in the 1970’s to homes and buildings within a certain geographic area around the airport known as the DNL65. You can read up on the history of the program, what went wrong, and the work we’re doing to try to make more homes eligible, and get bad Port Packages fixed, by reading the The Port Package Explainer.

If you are having a problem with your existing Port Package, or wish to help advocate for adding more homes to the eligibility list, please fill out the form below. In order to help, we will need complete information (address, phone number) to process your request. It will also speed things up if you can provide your Parcel ID.
