Port Packages (explained here) are the sound insulation systems installed by the Port of Seattle to over 9,400 single family homes and dozens of apartment buildings and schools under the flight path.
Unfortunately, many of those sound insulation systems developed any number of problems. This tag concerns efforts to obtain relief (including repair and replacement) since those problems were first identified back in the late 1990’s.
