This Ground Lease Agreement, dated 2022, is a contract between the Port of Seattle and PDC Seattle LPIV BB/TH, LLC for the property known as Des Moines Creek West. The agreement covers the terms under which the tenant may lease, develop, and operate the property, including provisions for rent, construction, insurance, environmental compliance, and assignment rights.
