This archival record (Box 1314) contains airport litigation documents from 1994–1997, held by the Puget Sound Regional Council's Administration office. Key materials include a Growth Management Staff Advisory Committee policy analysis on siting a major supplemental airport in the Central Puget Sound region, Port of Seattle submittals to an expert panel in response to a 1/9/95 Noise Order, and exhibits provided to attorney David Bricklin in 1997.
