EXH AR026670. Static acute Ceriodaphnia dubia (water flea) 48-hour toxicity test conducted by Parametrix Toxicology Laboratory for client Port of Seattle. Test material: copper (Cu) in Miller Creek site water (CUSW, μg/L), source WA0024651, sample collected 2/22/99, test dates 2/23/99–2/25/99. Concentrations tested: 0 (control), 1.5625, 3.125, 6.25, 12.5, 25, 50, 100, 150, 200 μg/L. Survival data show 100% survival (proportion alive = 1.00) at concentrations up to 50 μg/L; 0% survival at 100, 150, and 200 μg/L. Water quality parameters recorded include pH, dissolved oxygen (mg/L), and specific conductivity (μS). Test Number 2183.
