Letter dated November 30, 1999 from Earl Munday, Aviation Project Management Group, Port Of Seattle, to Dave Hilmoe, Director of Water Quality and Supply, Seattle Public Utilities, reporting fourth quarterly stormwater monitoring results for the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport North Employees’ Parking Lot (NEPL) per Condition 7 of the Interlocal Agreement (ILA) between Port of Seattle and City of Seattle Public Utilities. Stormwater collected at bioswale outlet from stormwater detention vault; sample analyzed by Aquatic Research, Inc. Results table covers January 14, February 22, May 15, and October 8, 1999 for TSS, TPH, pH, Total Cadmium, Total Copper, Total Lead, and Total Zinc compared to Washington State residential water supply criteria. All metal concentrations below residential water supply criteria; cadmium and lead below laboratory detection limit; copper 0.0070 mg/L, zinc 0.102 mg/L. Port proposes discontinuing monitoring after one-year cycle.
