Annual Stormwater Monitoring Report (Exhibit 2090, AR 033510) for Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (STIA), covering the period July 1, 1996 through May 31, 1997. Prepared by Scott Tobiason, Port of Seattle Environmental Services, reviewed by Tom Hubbard. Submitted to Washington Department of Ecology (WDOE) pursuant to Special Condition S.9 of the NPDES permit. Report collects and analyzes stormwater data from STIA stormwater outfall discharges over four quarters, comparing water quality concentrations and unit loads to regional and national data. Includes data from quarterly and annual NPDES monitoring, Stipulated Agreement (Brasher et al., 1995), Stormwater Receiving Environment Study (SRES, Condition S.8), and runway deicing washoff study. Discusses Industrial Waste System (IWS), Industrial Waste Treatment Plant (IWTP), stormwater drainage basins, and capital BMPs instituted during the reporting period.
