Final draft meeting notes prepared by Rachel McCrea of Floyd & Snider Inc. for a 401 Permit Decision-Making technical meeting held April 23, 2001, regarding Sea-Tac International Airport Third Runway. Attendees included representatives from Washington State Department of Ecology (John Drabek, Ann Kenny), Port of Seattle (Keith Smith), King County (Kelly Whiting), HNTB (Alan Black), Parametrix (Paul Fendt, Tom Atkins), and Foster Wheeler (Felix Kristanovich). Topics covered: King County feedback on Deliverable 6 (Maintenance Feasibility) involving large vault maintenance options and SMP water quality section 7.8; Deliverable 3 (Des Moines Creek) revisions including Table 4-3 footnote, Figure D-2 SASA revisions (wetland 52, pond outfall elevation, retaining wall slope), Appendix B Calibration Report edits (Walker Creek, Golf Weir scattergram, March 1995 calibration plot); and scoping of Item #28 re: 154th Street Relocation with SDN2X, SDN3X, SDN4X, SDN3A basin modeling solution approved by Ecology and King County, to be submitted as Deliverable 7B.
