Memo dated May 13, 1981 from Laura Pharr, King County Council Staff, to Parties of Record for Building and Land Development File 224-78-R, notifying them that Proposed Motion 81-322 will be considered by the King County Council on May 26, 1981 at 9:30 a.m. The motion rescinds Motion 4668, which concurred with the Zoning and Subdivision Examiner’s July 26, 1979 recommendation approving a reclassification petitioned by Port Of Seattle. Attachments include the full text of Motion 4668 (introduced by Gary Grant, passed December 21, 1979), which established pre-ordinance conditions including a 5-acre neighborhood park adjacent to 12th Avenue South, a 10-year development moratorium on the 55-acre Westside Greenbelt, and post-ordinance condition No. 5-B-7 relating to access roads and RS 7200 zone classification in the Highline Area Zoning.
