Chapter 7 of the Washington Aviation System Plan (WASP), dated July 1, 2009, presenting aviation activity forecasts developed in Phase II of the Long-Term Air Transportation Study (LATS). Covers commercial passenger enplanement forecasts, general aviation activity forecasts, and air cargo activity forecasts for Washington State public-use airports from base year 2005 through 2030. Statewide total enplanements projected to grow from 17 million to 31 million (85 percent, 2.5 percent per year). Specific projections for Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (Sea-Tac), Spokane, Bellingham, Wenatchee, Friday Harbor, Tri-Cities/Pasco, Yakima, Boeing Field, Walla Walla, Pullman/Moscow, Port Angeles, Grant County/Moses Lake, Oak Harbor, Rosario SPB, Lopez Island, Roche Harbor, Anacortes, and Puget Sound seaplane bases. Sea-Tac projected to hold 85 percent of state enplanements in 2030; Spokane 11 percent. Includes forecast tracking methodology and SH&E analysis.
