The SeaTac Housing Inventory and Assessment Report (HIAR), prepared in June 2021 by MAKERS Architecture and BERK Consulting, provides baseline data on current housing conditions in SeaTac and identifies gaps between housing supply and demand. The report covers topics including housing history, population growth, residential land use, market dynamics, and city housing policies. Its findings were used to develop strategies for SeaTac's Housing Action Plan, serving as a resource for decision-makers, residents, and community members.
