Smith, Water Resources Manager, Port Of Seattle, to Tom Luster, Department of Ecology (Ecology), transmitting the Revised Implementation Plan for the Des Moines Creek Flow Augmentation Facility. The plan discusses two water sources: a Port-owned well used to irrigate Tyce Valley Golf Course (water right change application pending with Ecology’s Water Resources program) and Seattle Public Utilities (SPU) via existing Port connections.
