Notes that a modified NPDES Industrial Stormwater Permit was recently issued allowing highway interchange construction for fill and materials movement. Ecology awaits final stream low-flow mitigation data from Port consultants, expected July 23, 2001, with a runway decision anticipated the week of August 6, 2001.
