Curriculum vitae for Dyanne Sheldon, principal of Sheldon & Associates, Inc. (Seattle, WA), wetland ecologist and expert witness filed in PCHB Third Runway EIS proceedings (AR 023082–023084). Documents over 20 years of experience in Pacific Northwest wetland delineation, functional assessment, impact analysis, habitat restoration, and wetland compensation design. Sheldon served as King County’s first Wetland Planner (1984–1988), drafting the County’s Critical Areas Ordinance. Relevant projects include King County DDES on-call services for Redmond Ridge and Trilogy UPD (Novelty Hill), and Washington State Department of Ecology Best Available Science Research Program (2001–present). Special Corps of Engineers training in Federal Wetland Delineation Methodology (1987, 1989) and Wetland Evaluation Technique Assessment Methodology (1989). Publications include work for U.S. EPA Region 10 on diked wetlands restoration potential in Washington and Oregon, Sea-Tac Airport Wetland Inventory (1991), and Washington State Wetlands Rating System reviews. Charter member and two-term President of the Pacific Northwest Chapter, Society of Wetland Scientists (1991–1993).
