Annual stormwater monitoring report (Exhibit 428, AR 022516) prepared by Port of Seattle for Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (STIA) covering the period July 1, 1998 through June 30, 1999. Report presents NPDES stormwater sampling results from STIA storm drainage subbasins including grab and composite samples for total petroleum hydrocarbons (TPH), fecal coliforms, suspended solids (TSS), turbidity, biochemical oxygen demand (BOD5), total recoverable copper, lead, and zinc. Includes deicing event samples with glycol results, whole effluent toxicity (WET) testing, metals during ground deicing event runoff, source tracing studies (SDS1, SDE4), outfall inspections, and field quality control samples.
