Final meeting notes prepared by Kate Snider, Floyd & Snider Inc., for the 401 Permit Decision-Making process for the Sea-Tac Airport Third Runway, covering the Low Flow Analysis meeting held June 25, 2001. Attendees included representatives from the Washington Department of Ecology (Ann Kenny, John Drabeck), King County (Kelly Whiting), Port of Seattle (Keith Smith), Parametrix (Paul Fendt, Robert Farid), EarthTech (Rick Schaefer), Foster Wheeler (Felix Kristanovich), and Pacific Groundwater Group (Pony Ellingson). Topics covered: methodology for evaluating 7-day low stream flow modeling results to determine post-project impact and mitigation requirements; vault filling estimates and water balance concerns; Slice model and Hydrus interim deliverable status; non-hydrologic affects appendix to the SMP (Stormwater Management Plan); operational plan for low-flow stream flow mitigation; and expectations for the July 9 follow-up meeting. Modeling using HSPF, embankment seepage, and non-hydrologic affects data for 2006 post-project conditions was underway; results not yet available at time of meeting. Exhibit AR020451.
