Highline Community Council newsletter from April 1976 covering King County governmental center planning for the Highline District, including task force recommendations to establish Chelsea Park School as a governmental and community center, purchase 1.8 acres adjacent to the Burien Library on SW 148th for a court facility, and locate the Burien Precinct Station at the southwest corner of 6th Avenue SW and SW 148th.
