Draft bioassay status report (AR 026684) prepared by Parametrix, Inc. for Port Of Seattle / Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (STIA), April 2001, regarding development of a site-specific water quality standard for copper using a water-effect ratio (WER). Report summarizes screening-level and range-finding bioassay results for Miller Creek, Walker Creek, and Des Moines Creek using Ceriodaphnia dubia and Daphnia magna acute toxicity tests. Study conducted in connection with third runway construction compliance with Washington State water quality criteria (WQC) for copper under U.S. EPA 1994 guidelines.
