City of Burien billing backup document tracking city shares of Lockridge Grindal Nauen PLLP (“Lockridge”) invoices under an Interlocal Agreement between Burien, Des Moines, Normandy Park, and SeaTac for joint environmental review of the Sea-Tac Airport Sustainable Airport Master Plan (SAMP). Interlocal Agreement executed March 6, 2018; total contract amount $175,000 at approximately $1.50 per capita funding rate. Includes four invoices dated 9/1/2018 through 5/1/2019 (Invoice #4, Statement No. 00004, $1,625.00 total due); city shares for Burien (42.97%, $698.29), Des Moines (26.97%, $438.28), Normandy Park (5.60%, $91.00), and SeaTac (24.46%, $397.43). Invoice #4 details work by Jason Schwartz ($175/hr), James Allerdice ($250/hr), and Tim Chambers ($250/hr) for final document review and Environmental Assessment Modeling in April 2019. Total billed to date $66,191.82; amount remaining $108,808.18.
