Land use data sourced from King County parcel layer and assessor land-use codes, consolidated into broader categories. Covers King County communities including City of Burien, City of Des Moines, City of Federal Way, City of Normandy Park, City of SeaTac, City of Tukwila, and unincorporated King County. Burien is described as approximately 70% single-family residential (3,800 acres), with commercial development along State Highway 509 and Ambaum Boulevard SW.
