Projects located at Tyee Golf Course and Des Moines Creek Park; property owned by Port of Seattle, City of SeaTac, and City of Des Moines. Water District #54 appeals on grounds that documentation fails to adequately address hydrologic issues affecting the Highline aquifer well-head protection zone. Prior actions include DNS File #SEP0009-97 (1997) and Public Agency and Utility Exemption File #CZC00-0001 (2000). Hearing scheduled October 10, 2002 before Hearing Examiner.
