Port of Seattle Final SEPA Determination of Non-Significance (DNS), POS SEPA No. 01-08, dated March 30, 2001, for the Alaska Airlines Maintenance Facility Expansion at Seattle-Tacoma Airport, north of South 188th Street and west of 28th Avenue South. The proposed project expands and remodels existing Alaska Airlines maintenance facilities including offices, repair shops, parts storage, and vehicle parking to modernize facilities, consolidate aircraft maintenance functions, accommodate new aircraft types, and provide FAA-mandated operational changes. As lead agency under RCW 43.21C and WAC 197-11 and Resolution 3028, the Port determined no probable significant adverse environmental impact; an EIS is not required under RCW 43.21C.030(2)(c).
