Fact Sheet No. 7 from the Sea-Tac Communities Plan (Sea-Tac International Airport and Vicinity Master Plan Project), dated June 7, 1973, describing the formation and purpose of the Policy Advisory Committee (PAC). The PAC was established under a grant agreement between the Port Of Seattle, King County, and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) executed January 29, 1973. Members include Don Shay (Director of Aviation, Port Of Seattle, chairman), Thomas M. Ryan, Edward B. Sand, Richard D. Ford, Eleanor Lee, Jean Pihlman, Robert K. Williams (City Manager, Des Moines), Arthur H. Yoshioka, Robert K. Joerger (Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co.), and Robert O. Brown (FAA Chief, Airports Division, NW Region).
