City of SeaTac council presentation (AB 6794) seeking approval of three actions related to the FAA’s September 26, 2025 Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) on the Port of Seattle Sustainable Airport Master Plan (SAMP): (1) budget amendment to 2025-2026 Biennial Budget Port ILA Fund 105 for up to $350,000 in expenditures and $253,000 in revenues; (2) authorization for City Manager to sign a four-city Interlocal Agreement (ILA) with Burien, Des Moines, and Normandy Park; (3) authorization to sign letters of engagement with law firms Leech Tishman and Ogden Murphy Wallace. Cities assert FAA NEPA Environmental Assessment failed to adequately address comments or document environmental impacts; SEPA implications also noted.
