Minutes of the joint meeting of the Citizens’ Advisory Committee (CAC) and Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) for the Sea-Tac Part 150 Noise Study, held November 18, 1998 at Sea-Tac International Airport. Attendees included representatives from City of SeaTac, City of Burien (Rose Clark), City of Des Moines (Richard Kennedy), City of Normandy Park, City of Seattle, City of Tukwila, King County Districts, Puget Sound Regional Council, FAA (Cayla Morgan), Port of Seattle (Ron Seymour, Bob Wells, Jeff Fitch), Alaska Airlines (Dick Haferbecker), and consultants including Barnard Dunkelberg & Co. and Claire Barrett & Associates.
