Notes
Letter dated September 21, 2001, from Greg Wingard (Smith & Lowney, PO Box 4051, Seattle, WA) to John Drabek, Permit Manager, Northwest Regional Office, Department of Ecology, transmitted by fax (206-860-4187) to 425-649-7098. Wingard clarifies the scope of two prior state public disclosure requests: a June 5, 2001 request for all monitoring data for discharges from construction projects at Sea-Tac Airport from 1998 to June 6, 2001, and an August 13, 2001 follow-up requesting confirmation that Ecology held no records of sampling and analysis (as opposed to visual monitoring) for discharges or outfalls from construction-related activities. Wingard states documents responsive to the June 5 request — including upstream/downstream monitoring of construction phases and turbidity data in discharges — are now confirmed to exist and are approximately three months overdue. Demands documents be available for pickup no later than Tuesday, September 25, 2001. AR numbers AR023912–AR023914. Exhibit identifier EXH0604023912.
