Notes
Memorandum dated March 24, 1999 from Beth Doan to Paul Agid (Port Of Seattle) reviewing soil quality data for the Hamm Creek Restoration Project Site located along West Marginal Way, south of Boeing Field. Evaluates USCOE and Boeing Company sampling data for contaminants including Total DDT (max 14 ppb), Total PCB (max 160 ppb), PAHs (max 459 ppb), and Mercury (max 0.51 ppm) against PSDDA screening levels and Draft MTCA Method A Residential cleanup levels. Concludes Hamm Creek material is suitable for third runway fill under MTCA, though it does not meet PSDDA requirements for open water disposal. References 1990 Boeing site assessment, 1997 USCOE Sampling and Analysis Plan, 1997 USCOE Sediment Characterization Report, USCOE project manager Pat Cagney, and Pete Rude of Landau Associates.
