Exhibit 450 (AR 022828-022829). Email from Ann Kenny to Jeannie Summerhays dated December 7, 2001, transmitting a draft memo for Steve Alexander, Manager, Toxics Cleanup Program, requesting that hydrogeologist Ching-Pi Wang review the Port of Seattle’s Third Runway Embankment Seepage and Groundwater Monitoring Plan submitted November 16, 2001. The memo, from the Department of Ecology Northwest Regional Office Shorelands and Environmental Assistance Program, states the plan was submitted under Section 401 Water Quality Certification requirements for the proposed third runway at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, and requests Wang provide written comments to Ann Kenny no later than January 18, 2002.
