These are handwritten field observation notes dated January 31, 2002, documenting wetland and upland buffer conditions near Miller Creek and Vacca Farm, including plant communities, wetland boundaries, and buffer zones. Green. Two pages of site observations at Vacca Farm and West Side locations adjacent to Miller Creek. Notes reference State Sulphates of Miller Creek, upland buffer, NRM Plan STA-7805-L4 December 2001, Appendix A, wetland boundary conditions, Zone 1 and Zone 2 plant communities, NSE Wally Excavation parcel (~90ft from creek, ~40% wetland fully delineated).
