Notes
Declaration by Dyanne Sheldon filed October 18, 2001 in Pollution Control Hearings Board (PCHB) case No. 01-160, Airport Communities Coalition (ACC) v. State of Washington Department of Ecology and Port Of Seattle. Sheldon asserts that additional well-log data submitted with Erik Stockdale’s October 15 declaration does not alter her prior October 10 conclusions: the Performance Standards offered by Port Of Seattle and conditioned in Ecology’s Section 401 Certification No. 1996-4-02325 (Amended-1, reissued September 21, 2001) are not enforceable long-term and will not protect water quality standards or public resources for the Third Runway embankment project at Sea-Tac Airport. Also includes forwarded email chain (Ann Kenny, Kevin Fitzpatrick, Chung K. Yee) transmitting Clean Fill Criteria for 401 Certification, seatec.xls, Three-Phase Model.xls, and Hazardous Substances.doc related to SeaTac Third Runway fill/soil cleanup and CZMA concurrency, marked ‘Deliberative Document Currently Exempt From Public Disclosure,’ AR 006371–006373.
