This document is the appendix to the Northeast Redevelopment Area (NERA) Redevelopment Plan and Implementation Strategy, dated April 2010. It provides a table of contents listing nine sections covering existing conditions, market conditions, critical area study, community and stakeholder involvement, transportation infrastructure, economic summary, comprehensive plan and zoning amendments, and the Miller Creek Greenway concept report. The appendix serves as a reference guide to the supporting studies and reports compiled for the NERA planning process.
