This document contains materials from the first Steering Committee meeting for North Sea-Tac Park, held on July 25, 1979, as part of the North Clear Zone Recreation Plan advisory process. Meeting held 6–8 PM in Room 5 at Highline Community Center, 425 SW 144th Street. Documents include agenda for North Sea-Tac Park Steering Committee Meeting #1 covering committee and consultant roles, analysis and Master Plan parameters, FAA recommendations, carrying capacity, and review of public proposals.
