Memorandum of understanding: Aircraft noise mitigation study

This Memorandum of Understanding establishes a cost-sharing agreement between Prince George's County (Maryland), Fairfax County (Virginia), and the City of Alexandria (Virginia) to jointly hire a contractor to study and propose ways to reduce aircraft noise impacts near Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport.
