Engagement letter dated September 12, 2025 from attorney Steven M. Taber of Leech Tishman Nelson Hardiman (Pasadena, CA) to City of SeaTac Interim City Attorney Cindy C. Corsilles and Director of Community and Economic Development Evan Maxim, engaging the firm to provide legal counsel to the City of SeaTac regarding the forthcoming Final Environmental Assessment and Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI/ROD) for the Port Of Seattle’s Sustainable Airport Master Plan (SAMP).
