Notes
King County Council Motion No. 4668, introduced by Gary Grant, concurring with the Zoning and Subdivision Examiner’s July 26, 1979 recommendation to approve the reclassification petitioned by Port Of Seattle, Building and Land Development File No. 224-78-R. Pre-ordinance conditions require Port Of Seattle to provide 5 acres adjacent to 12th Avenue South for a neighborhood park and to enter a memorandum of understanding with King County precluding development on the 55-acre Westside Greenbelt (NSTP area) for ten years, with access roads permitted for a proposed Boeing facility. Post-ordinance Condition No. 5-B-7 is modified to resolve conflict between proposed access roads and RS 7200 zone classification during Highline Area Zoning. Passed December 21, 1979; references Ordinance 3812, Sections 2 and 3, residential reinforcement policies, and Highline community.
