Covers background on the Puget Sound Air Transportation Committee (PSATC) Flight Plan Study, PSRC Resolution A-93-03, PSRC Resolution EB-94-01 finding no feasible supplemental airport sites among 26 reviewed, and PSRC Resolution A-96-02 amending the Metropolitan Transportation Plan. Details wetland impacts: Third Parallel Runway 7.38 acres, Runway Safety Areas (16L/R) 2.34 acres, Terminal/Landside improvements 2.51 acres, subtotal 12.23 acres.
