Chapter 5 of the May 2026 Draft Environmental Impact Statement (SEPA EIS) for the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (Sea-Tac Airport) Sustainable Airport Master Plan (SAMP) Near-Term Projects, prepared by Port of Seattle. Analyzes cumulative impacts using the former CEQ NEPA regulatory framework (40 CFR § 1508), defining the cumulative impacts study area as the GSA, 65 DNL contour, and surface transportation study area (STSA).
