The study, organized in two phases and nine major tasks, addresses airspace interactions between Sea-Tac International Airport and King County International Airport (Boeing Field), including impacts on airport capacity, congestion and delay from projected demand for forecast periods 1985, 1990, and 2000 (base year 1980), and evaluation of operational and policy-oriented alternatives to mitigate airspace conflicts.
