Covers aircraft emissions, auxiliary power usage, ground support equipment, stationary sources, mobile sources, and construction emissions across seven attachments. Notes that following revocation of Executive Order 13990, CEQ regulations (40 CFR parts 1500-1508), and the Supreme Court ruling in Seven County Infrastructure Coalition v. Eagle County, 605 U.S. 975 (2025), climate change qualitative evaluation and cumulative impact analysis were removed from the Final EA; FAA’s final decision relies only on GHG emissions disclosed.
