Port Of Seattle SEPA Addendum (POS SEPA No. 00-07) dated May 5, 2000, to the Final Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement for the Proposed Master Plan Update Development Actions at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (STIA), issued jointly by FAA and Port Of Seattle in May 1997. Documents the Auburn Wetland Mitigation Project on an approximately 67-acre parcel near the Green River in the City of Auburn, compensating for 18.33 acres of wetland fill (8.27 acres forested, 2.92 acres shrub, 7.14 acres emergent) caused by construction of the Third Runway, South Aviation Support Area, Runway Safety Areas, borrow areas, and haul road. The project creates approximately 34 acres of new wetland and enhances 6 acres of existing wetland. Prepared under WAC 197-11-625 and Port of Seattle SEPA Policies and Procedures Resolution No. 3028.
