Letter dated February 22, 2001 from Pam Bissonnette, Director of King County Department of Natural Resources, to Ann Kenny, Senior Permit Specialist at Washington State Department of Ecology (DOE) Northwest Regional Office, regarding King County’s technical review of the Port Of Seattle’s Comprehensive Stormwater Management Plan (SMP) for Master Plan Improvements at SeaTac International Airport. The review assesses minimum compliance with the 1998 King County Surface Water Design Manual. King County found factual errors, modeling discrepancies, and inconsistencies and recommends corrections via replacement pages prior to final permit approval. The letter references three enclosures: core requirement commentary, specific technical review comments organized into six groups by basin and page, and annotated meeting notes documenting facilitated agreements between the Port and DOE.
