Final draft meeting notes prepared by Rachel McCrea of Floyd & Snider Inc. from a April 4, 2001 technical meeting on low streamflow impact analysis for the Sea-Tac Airport Third Runway 401 Permit Decision-Making process. Attendees included representatives from Washington Dept. of Ecology (Ann Kenny, Kevin Fitzpatrick, Dave Garland), King County (Kelly Whiting), EarthTech (Rick Schaefer), Port of Seattle (Keith Smith), Parametrix (Paul Fendt, Tom Atkins), AquaTerra (Joe Brascher), and Floyd & Snider Inc. Topics covered include King County Enclosure 2 Checklist Groups 2, 3, and 6; HSPF remodeling of low flow conditions; 1994 instream flow calculations; Stormwater Master Plan corrections; 7-day 2-year low flow analysis; Smith property assumptions; Walker Creek gauge 42C; Miller Creek SMP process; groundwater slice model embankment segmentation; and Ecology Memo from Dave Garland dated March 9, 2001, Recommendation #3. Action items assigned to Port of Seattle, with follow-up meeting tentatively scheduled for week of April 16, 2001.
