Memo from Don Shay to the Policy Advisory Committee (PAC) announcing a meeting on July 27, 1978 at 2:00 PM in the Port Of Seattle Conference Room at Sea-Tac International Airport, with attached Reorganization Task Force recommendations. Task force members Jack Lynch, Virginia Dana, Pauline Conradi, Bob Brown, and Oris Dunham recommend PAC functions including long-term monitoring of Sea-Tac Plan implementation, handling special issues, making recommendations to Spellman, Ford, and the Commission, and initiating capital program actions. Proposed PAC composition includes 1 King County representative, 2 Port Of Seattle representatives (Aviation and Planning/Research), 1 local business representative (Burien C of C, Des Moines C of C), 1 Highline School District representative, 1 local government representative (Des Moines, Tukwila, Normandy Park), 1 Sea-Tac Airlines representative, and 4 citizen representatives selected by Highline Community Council on geographic basis.
