Resolution No. 1317, adopted by the Des Moines, Washington City Council on December 10, 2015, approving the 2016–2021 Parks, Recreation and Senior Services Master Plan. Updates the prior plan adopted by Ordinance No. 1468 in December 2009 for years 2010–2015. Required under Growth Management Act (chapter 36.70A RCW) and Recreation and Conservation Funding Board six-year update mandate. Consultant David A. Clark Architects, PLLC assessed parks and facilities. Plan to be used to update Chapter 6 (Parks, Recreation and Open Space Element) of the Des Moines Comprehensive Plan and as basis for Park Impact Fee rates. SEPA Determination of Nonsignificance adopted pursuant to WAC 197-11-630. Certified copy directed to Recreation and Conservation Office (RCO), Olympia, Washington.
