Agenda includes citizen comments, communications regarding Expert Arbitration Panel decision on noise and demand/system management, consent agenda items including approval of minutes from March 28, 1995, approval of vouchers dated 2/28/96 through 4/15/96 totaling $884,936.43, prioritized list of 1997 Statewide Transportation Enhancement Projects, certification of transportation elements of local comprehensive plans for cities of Bothell, Buckley, North Bend, and Pacific and Town of Index, routine amendment to 1996-98 TIP, and new business follow-up to Expert Arbitration Panel decision on noise issues.
