This is a transcript from Day Nine (March 28, 2002) of a Washington State Pollution Control Hearings Board proceeding in which the Airport Communities Coalition and Citizens Against Sea-Tac Expansion challenged the State Department of Ecology and the Port of Seattle over issues related to Sea-Tac Airport expansion.
