RP Day 8: ACC and CASE v. Ecology and Port, PCHB No. 01-160

This document is a transcript from Day Eight (March 27, 2002) of a Pollution Control Hearings Board proceeding in Washington State, in which the Airport Communities Coalition and Citizens Against Sea-Tac Expansion challenged the Department of Ecology and the Port of Seattle over Sea-Tac Airport expansion.
