RP Day 6: ACC and CASE v. Ecology and Port — PCHB No. 01-160, March 25, 2002

This document is a transcript from Day Six (March 25, 2002) of a Washington State Pollution Control Hearings Board proceeding, in which the Airport Communities Coalition and Citizens Against Sea-Tac Expansion challenged the State Department of Ecology and Port of Seattle over environmental concerns related to Sea-Tac Airport expansion. The hearing, held in Lacey, Washington, featured attorneys representing community groups opposed to the expansion as well as state and port officials defending their positions.
